Like all new technologies, blockchain has some important new attributes that will take some time to perfect. Please understand that we are trying very hard to always be fair. But with the extreme hacking attempts associated with blockchain systems, we won't always be able to support policies you might otherwise expect. For example, 'chargeback' is not possible in blockchain payment systems. While this eliminates chargeback fraud, a major scourge of modern retail, when a proper refund is due, the pathway is less than immediate. Rest assured, we will always try to be fair and fast with refunds that are due.

  If for some reason delivery does not succeed, we will reship. In most cases, a delivery is merely later than expected. International shipping saves money, but can be slow compared to Amazon. Where a complete failure occurs, we will expedite reshipment of an order.

• Please be careful with your choices

  It is impossible to accept returns for superficial reasons. While the very liberal return policy forced upon retailers by Amazon is convenient, it is extremely expensive to retailers.
